Abraham Deyo was a Corporal in Company B of the 112th Illinois Volunteer Infantry. He died at Andersonville prison, July 1864. He was 22 years old and unmarried. He was one of eight children who moved with their father to Illinois from New Paltz, New York in 1857. His father, Philip Deyo, and others in the family settled in Bradford, Stark Co. and subsequently moved to Texas in 1904.
